Women’s Empowerment Retreat

February 2020

Authenticity + Yoga + Volcano Hiking + Farm-to-Table Food + Thermal Hot Springs + Cross-Cultural Experience

This women’s empowerment retreat is a week long experience like none other in an indigenous community named La Calera near the city of Cotacachi in Ecuador. A group of brilliant women will come together to explore resiliency, stillness and gratitude. Each day will begin with yoga and a healthy breakfast prepared farm fresh. The group will then participate in culture experiences, volunteer work on the farm, hike around a volcano lake and relax in thermal hot springs. Group and individual empowerment themed sessions weave throughout the entire week, building on each other honoring authenticity and inviting each other to stand in our power. Each evening we will wrap up with a group farm-to-table meal and guided meditation.  This retreat is a unique opportunity to experience culture and adventure while sharing in a healthy, emotional enriching and peaceful experience with a group of incredible women!
